UK Orders
All our deliveries are free of charge and should be with you within 1-2 working days. We use a tracked delivery service and you'll be asked to sign for your order when it arrives.
Just so you know, the following postcodes can take up to 5 working days as standard: AB; BF0-BG99; BT1-99; DD8-11; KW15-17; ZE1-99; GY1-99; HS1-99; IM1-99; IV1-23, 25-27, 30-32, 36, 40, 52-54; JE1-99; KW1-3, 5-14; PA20-49, 60-78; PH19-26, 30-44, 49-50; TR21-25; EIRE/ROI.
International Delivery
For Europe (excluding Norway and Switzerland) your order will be dispatch via a courier service sent tracked and signed free of charge.
For the Rest of the World (including Norway and Switzerland) your order will be dispatch via a courier service sent tracked and signed free of charge.
Return Policy
All returns should be done within 14 days. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to returning faulty products and the process with regards faulty products.

Where a return has been made where the item is in full saleable condition, We will refund or replace your return as promptly as possible upon our receipt of the returned goods (any refunds will be reimbursed, via the same method as payment, within 14 days of us receiving your return).

Russia: Please note that on any Russian orders, a business address must be selected for delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to residential addresses in this country.
Customs & duties
USA: All orders shipped to USA are duty paid, so you don't have to pay anything extra to enjoy your new purchase.
ROW: All other orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. These costs are levied once a shipment reaches your country and payment may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. International customers will need to take responsibility for any import duties. Rates vary according to country, so we can't advise you on what these may be.
